Refund policy

If you canceled within 14 days of your first payment and did not really use the platform, email melodreams.cinema191@passinbox.com. We will refund.

Outside that window

We generally do not refund a finished billing period. The subscription is small enough that the cleaner answer is "cancel and you will not be charged next month".

Charged by mistake

If you see a charge you do not recognize, email us. We will find it, refund if it is wrong.
