How appeals work

Almost every action we take can be undone. Here is how we act, and how you get it reversed.

How we act

We work reversible first, in steps: flag, warn, review, restrict, ban. We start with the lightest step that fits and stop there. We never auto-delete your page.

What we tell you

When we restrict or remove something, we send you a plain statement of which rule was affected. No vague notice, no silence.

How to appeal

Reply to that notice, or use the contact page. A person reads it. Most actions are reversible, so there is a real path back.

The one exception

Genuinely illegal content is the narrow case we cannot restore. Everything else can come back.

This did not fix it?

Tell us what went wrong. We read every message.
