If you get locked out

If you lose access to your account (forgot password, lost email), we have a recovery flow.

The normal path

From the login screen, hit "Forgot password". We send a reset link to your email.

Lost access to your email too

Open a recovery request from the login screen. We do an identity check. There is a 72 hour wait, which is intentional: it gives the real owner time to notice and stop an attacker.

If you would rather be safe

You can set your account to "support only" recovery in Settings. That means we will not auto approve a request, ever. Slower for you, much harder for someone else.
